Freedom: The right of individuals to do as they will, as long as no direct intentional harm is done to others. “The Constitution of the Individual” is meant to apply to civil freedoms rather than economic ones.

Nonviolence : No exceptions for violence.

Charity: Taking care of the poor, needy, and the sick.

Intentional: Premeditated. On purpose.

Direct: An action placed upon a specific other.

Harms: Physical or extreme emotional stresses placed upon another individual without their consent.

Tyranny: Tyranny exists when an individual has not directly and intentionally harmed another, yet an authoritative force finds this individual’s speech, identity, or lifestyle choice(s) to be an issue. In response, the authoritative force denies rights, imposes fines, tortures, levies imprisonment, or carries out execution.

Individual:  Person of any race, ethnicity, age, language, creed, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, conscience, lifestyle choice, political affiliation, or disability.

Equality: Equal treatment under the law regardless of race, ethnicity, age, language, creed, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, conscience, lifestyle choice, political affiliation, or disability.

Full individual representation: Individual men or women are the final sovereign voices for issues pertaining to their personal freedom and equality.
